GNEE 90Nm³/h 93% Purity VPSA Oxygen Generator Shipped to South Korea

Recently, the 90Nm³/h 93% purity Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption Oxygen Generator independently developed by GNEE has completed factory calibration. It departed from Qingdao Port bound for South Korea and is officially delivered to a food processing enterprise in Jeju Island. The delivered vpsa oxygen gas plant has not only obtained South Korea's KCs certification, but also marks a new breakthrough for GNEE's Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption Oxygen Systems in the East Asian food industry.

This South Korean customer specializes in the deep processing of dried seafood. The food preservation and low-temperature drying processes require stable low-purity industrial oxygen. Previously, the customer relied on bottled oxygen supply, which not only affected production efficiency due to frequent cylinder replacement, but also led to a 30% annual increase in oxygen supply costs under the impact of rising logistics costs in South Korea. After comparing equipment from multiple countries, the customer finally selected the customized vpsa system for oxygen solution based on GNEE's technical accumulation in the field of psa oxygen generator.

The shipped equipment is a core model optimized by GNEE for South Korea's food industry working conditions. While inheriting the modular advantages of psa oxygen generator, it achieves stable output of 93% purity through the upgrade of vacuum desorption technology, fully meeting the customer's drying process requirements. Its key parameters are outstanding: oxygen production capacity reaches 90Nm³/h, unit energy consumption is only 0.28kWh/Nm³ O₂ (18% lower than that of local equipment in South Korea); with a size of 3.5×1.8×2.4m, it is suitable for the customer's compact workshop layout. The intelligent PLC system supports Korean interface operation and remote operation and maintenance.

To ensure smooth delivery, GNEE established a special team to take full control of the process: the core adsorption towers have undergone three rounds of temperature resistance tests to ensure stable operation under the environment of four-season temperature differences in South Korea; shock-proof wooden pallet packaging was adopted for logistics, equipped with real-time positioning and temperature-humidity monitoring equipment; a full set of customs clearance documents including KCs certification and certificate of origin were completed in advance. GNEE will also arrange engineers to go to South Korea to provide on-site installation, commissioning and operation training.

The export of this vpsa oxygen plant is another breakthrough for GNEE in the South Korean market following the psa oxygen generator. In the future, GNEE will establish a spare parts center in Seoul and launch customized solutions for industries such as electronics and food in South Korea, enabling the Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption Oxygen Systems with both cost advantages and stability to serve more customers in East Asia.
